I am so happy! I got the new Donna Summer box set "Encore" today. She is one of my biggest idols and the box set includes all of her albums remastered, on a total of thirty-three CD's. The set also includes loads of bonus tracks such as remixes and other rarities. I highly recommend it!

Donna Summer - Crayons (Re-relese)

In December 2014, seven Donna Summer albums were remastered, expanded and reissued. On May 20, Donna's final studio album "Crayons" is being reissued as a three disc deluxe edition. The original album was released in 2008 and included the singles "Stamp Your Feet", "Fame (The Game)", "I'm A Fire" and "It's Only Love".

This fan is a must for Donna Summer fans, especially the ones who like remixes. The reissue of "Crayons" can be pre-ordered now from Amazon.

Samantha Fox - Hot Stuff

My idol Samantha Fox has released a new single from the "80's Re:Covered" compilation album, a cover of the Donna Summer classic "Hot Stuff". I really love the Stock Aitken Waterman-ish retro sound by their former co-worker Phil Harding. The extended remix is great too!

Giorgio Moroder Feat. Kylie Minogue - Right Here, Right Now

One of my favourite songs is "I Feel Love" by the late Donna Summer, produced by Italian disco producer Giorgio Moroder. Now, he's back with a brand new single, with vocals by my big idol Kylie Minogue. Check out the official video for "Right Here, Right Now" down below. Lovely, isn't it?

I just had to share a picture of some of my Christmas gifts. They include Agatha Christie's classic novel "Murder On The Orient Express" and these CD's: "Christmas Spirit" and the remastered reissue of "Cats Without Claws" by Donna Summer, plus "Remixes And Rarities" by Bucks Fizz. My friend Mark also made me a T-shirt and calendar with my big idol Agnetha Fältskog. I love them!

I'm a big fan of music producer Giorgio Moroder, the man behind masterpieces like Donna Summer's "I Feel Love", Limahl's "The Neverending Story", Irene Cara's "Flashdance... What A Feeling" and Blondie's "Call Me". Giorgio just released a brand new solo single called "74 Is The New 24". Check out the video down below. I love the electronic sound!

This spring, Giorgio will release his first album in thirty years, including collaborations with my idols Kylie Minogue and Britney Spears. I just can't wait! "74 Is The New 24" is out now on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and Beatport.
