Agnetha Fältskog - A+

It's always a joy when a childhood hero of yours releases something new. I finally got ABBA member Agnetha Fältskog's new solo album "A+" in the mail. It includes the wonderful new single "Where Do We Go From Here?" and brand new reworked versions of songs from her 2013 album "A". I'm very pleased with it.

Some people have complained about Agnetha only recording one new song for the album, and of course I would have loved more Agnetha originals as well, but I'm just thankful that my pop goddess released something new at all. The world doesn't need more negativity and toxic fandoms. It's fine to dislike things, but why all the online whining?

Agnetha, you are amazing.

I don't buy one track CD singles anymore, but I had to make an exception for the ABBA comeback singles and I recently got the lovely Christmas single "Little Things" in the mail. The song is really sweet and all royalties will be donated to UNICEF, just like their classic "Chiquitita".

This is what a dream come true looks like. A new ABBA album after forty years. Wow. I'm so thankful for the music. I love "Voyage".

ABBA - Just A Notion (CD single)

I don't buy one track CD singles anymore, but I had to make an exception for the ABBA comeback singles and I recently got the lovely "Just A Notion" in the mail. I remember hearing the 1978 demo as a kid in a medley on the "Thank You For The Music" (1994) box set and I'm so glad the full song is finally released. Let hope "Just Like That" will be released one day too.

I don't buy one track CD singles anymore, but I had to make an exception for the ABBA singles "I Still Have Faith In You" and "Don't Shut Me Down". It's nice to have them in the collection. I'm so glad my childhood heroes are back! I can't wait for the "Voyage" album to be released.

ABBA are back with Voyage album

Wow. I still can't believe that ABBA are back, for real. I've been a huge fan since I was a child and their music means the world to me. I was terribly bullied as a child and listening to ABBA and Agnetha's solo music was my escapism. So yesterday's news about a brand new ABBA album made me so emotional. I cried through the livestream and the new songs.

It's like a dream come true. I don't care what anyone else says, I love it. The two first singles from the album, "I Still Have Faith In You" and "Don't Shut Me Down" are out digitally now and although I love both, the latter is my personal favourite of the two. I can't wait to hear the full album.

So the brand new album "Voyage" will be released on November 5 and you can pre-order it now from ABBA Voyage and most other outlets. It's available digitally, on CD, vinyl and cassette. Check out the tracklist down below. It's interesting to finally see the unreleased ABBA tracks "Just A Notion" and "Bumblebee" released. This will be iconic

"I long to feel that Christmas spirit in my heart"

I just had to share a picture of some of my Christmas gifts. They include Agatha Christie's classic novel "Murder On The Orient Express" and these CD's: "Christmas Spirit" and the remastered reissue of "Cats Without Claws" by Donna Summer, plus "Remixes And Rarities" by Bucks Fizz. My friend Mark also made me a T-shirt and calendar with my big idol Agnetha Fältskog. I love them!

ABBA - Live At Wembley Arena

I'm usually not keen on concert albums, but when it comes to my idols ABBA, I'm making an exception. On September 29, the double CD "Live At Wembley Arena" is being released, including twenty-five tracks from the band's concert at Wembley Arena in London 1979.

The best thing about the album is that the previously unreleased track "I'm Still Alive" is included. This beautiful ballad was written by Björn and Agnetha, and performed solo by Agnetha during the tour. It's a must have for every ABBA fan!

"Live At Wembley Arena" is up for pre-order from Amazon UK. There will also be a vinyl edition for those who are interested.

My big idol, the amazing Agnetha Fältskog, has just released her new single "I Should've Followed You Home", a duet with Take That member Gary Barlow. Down below is a video of them performing the song live on BBC last week. It was Agnetha's first live performance for twenty-five years and she was fabulous!

The new maxi-single also includes three club remixes, something I always enjoy. You can get "I Should've Followed You Home" now from iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and Universal.

The video for Agnetha Fältskog's wonderful single "Dance Your Pain Away" was released today. It received negative feedback online from fans, but please keep in mind that it is made up with amateur video clips sent in by the fans. However, the song is still amazing!

The single is out now on iTunes, Spotify, Universal and Amazon.

Check out this lovely video from pop goddess Agnetha Fältskog's little performance at Stockholm Pride 2013. It's great to know that she supports the LGBT community. As you know, Agnetha's music has always meant a lot to me.

My favourite track on Agnetha Fältskog's amazing comeback album "A" is the retro disco song "Dance Your Pain Away". It has just been released as a single, including three cool club remixes by Cahill, Patrolla and 7th Heaven. There is also a special CD edition of the single.
