Video: Darin - Mamma Mia
Swedish pop hunk Darin is back with the new single "Mamma Mia", featuring rapper Prophet from 7Lions. Check out the video down below. I'm glad Darin keeps doing modern R&B-pop with an electronic sound, instead of boring acoustic music like many other pop singers do when they want to "evolve".
"Mamma Mia" is out now on iTunes and Spotify.

Margaret Berger - Human Race
One of my favourites in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 was Norway's Margaret Berger and her cool track "I Feed You My Love". I recently discovered her latest single "Human Race" and fell in love with it. The eighties retro electropop sound is amazing and I can't believe this didn't become a worldwide hit.
"Human Race" will be included on Margaret's upcoming album "New Religion", but the track is out now on iTunes and Spotify.

Video: Hayden Panettiere - Telescope (Radio Mix)
I'm not a fan of country music, but I love the prime time soap opera "Nashville", and my favourite character is the bitchy Juliette Barnes, played by Hayden Panettiere. Check out the video for her song "Telescope" down below. I really like it, probably because it's more pop than country.
"Telescope" is available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon UK and Amazon US.

Eurotix - Clubland
Listen to the final mix of "Clubland", a song by mine and Larry's synthpop project Eurotix. Does the intro sound familiar? It's an homage to "Tainted Love" by Soft Cell. The track is taken from our new EP "Life As It Slips Away", out now on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon UK, Amazon US and many other digital music stores.

So What - Pop City
I'm a big fan of Swedish pop duo So What, consisting of Jesper Jelse and Martin Ankelius. They were quite big in Sweden in the late eighties and early nineties, with singles such as "I Was Lucky", "Why Should I Trust You", "Christmas Is Calling" and "You And I (Nathalie)".
Earlier this year, they released the digital compilation "Pop City", which includes the hit singles, cool album tracks and the previously unreleased track "I Can't Believe". If you like eighties dance-pop music, in the same vein as Stock Aitken Waterman's productions, you'll love So What.
"Pop City" is out now on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon UK and Amazon US.

7. No One

Video: Countess Luann - Chic, C'est La Vie
I don't like reality TV and have never seen an episode of "The Real Housewives Of New York City", so I have no idea who Countess Luann is. But my friend showed me the cheesy video for her single "Chic, C'est La Vie" and I was hooked. The trashy dance-pop song is quite catchy!

Review: Ravenswood (2013-2014)
I just watched the final episode of "Ravenswood", a supernatural teen drama series by ABC Family. It's a spin-off of the popular teen soap "Pretty Little Liars" and follows the character of Caleb Rivers, played by hunky Tyler Blackburn, as he discovers a deadly curse that has plagued the town of Ravenswood for generations.
Let me get one thing straight: I'm a big fan of teen drama series, and "Pretty Little Liars" is one of the best ones in years. I also love a good mystery. But the supernatural theme of "Ravenswood" put me off a bit, probably because it's so far from the "Pretty Little Liars" universe.
Also, the acting isn't that good. I can live with subpar acting as long as I like a series in general, but there is something quite cheesy about "Ravenswood". Not even the cute guys can save it. Sure, it's entertaining at times, but it seems they're trying to hard to compete with "The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals" instead of doing their own thing.
I don't regret watching "Ravenswood", but to be honest, I won't miss it that much. And I'm definitely not surprised it got cancelled. There are some good news though: The character of Caleb will return to "Pretty Little Liars". I just wonder how they will explain his short experience with the supernatural. Was it just a dream?
