Mel & Kim: The Singles Box Set (1986-1990)

Great news, eighties lovers: On August 30, Cherry Pop Records are releasing a box set of British pop duo Mel & Kim's seven singles released between 1986 and 1990. We get a total of seventy-two remastered tracks, many of them rare or unreleased. This is the perfect companion to the label's 2010 reissue of their only studio album "F.L.M.".

Being a huge fan of eighties pop duo Mel & Kim – best known for their Stock Aitken Waterman produced hits "Respectable", "Showing Out (Get Fresh At The Weekend)" and "F.L.M." – I was thrilled to hear that a previously unreleased track of theirs is finally being released on February 23.

The song is called "Where Is Love" are you can pre-order it digitally from iTunes, Amazon UK and Amazon US. The "Kissy Sell Out Remix" is available as an instant download. There are also three limited CD releases available on Pledge Music. Just hurry up before they sell out.

Let's make this track a hit! I think that would be the perfect way to honour Mel's memory.

As you know, I'm a huge fan of production and songwriting team Stock Aitken Waterman, so I'm very excited about the new single box set being released by Edsel on November 6.
