Sandra - The Very Best Of

One of my biggest idols, German pop singer Sandra, is releasing the new compilation album "The Very Best Of" on June 3. She has released many collections over the years, but this one includes many rare single versions, plus "Japan Ist Weit" – the German version of Alphaville's hit "Big In Japan" – and the B-side "Sekunden" from 1984, almost impossible to find on CD. It also includes a DVD with music videos.

Alphaville - So80s Presents Alphaville

Black & Jones did an amazing job with the remastered collection "So80s Presents Sandra" a few years ago. Now, they're back with a new compilation, featuring rare 12" remixes and B-sides by German synthpop band Alphaville.

The classic hit singles "Forever Young", "Big In Japan" and "Sounds Like A Melody" are all included. Pre-order your copy from Amazon DE. I'm sure it will be available in the UK and US eventually, so keep your eyes open.

Package from Germany

I received a package from Germany today! I finally got Sandra's new single "Maybe Tonight" and remix collection "So80s Presents Sandra" so tonight is 80's night at my place. Aren't they lovely? I almost want to pet them ha ha!

I'm so happy! As I told you in an earlier blog post, one of my biggest idols, 1980's icon Sandra, is back with a brand new single called "Maybe Tonight". You can listen to a preview of the track at the bottom of this post.

One of my all-time favourite pop singers, German eighties icon Sandra, is releasing a new remix compilation on April 27, featuring rare remixes and instrumental versions from 1985 to 1989. Included are the rare PWL remixes of "Everlasting Love" from 1988.

The tracks have all been remastered from the original master tapes. You can pre-order "So80s Presents Sandra" now from Amazon UK, Amazon Germany and Amazon US.
