One of my favourite albums, "Girl" (1997) by the fabulous Dannii Minogue, has been remastered and expanded into this lovely new CD box set by Cherry Red Records. It features the singles "All I Wanna Do", "Everything I Wanted", "Disremembrance" and "Coconut", and the box set is filled with remixes and rarities.
I ordered the bundle which came with a bonus CD single of "All I Wanna Do 2020". If you love this album too, you will surely want to have this box set in your collection.
It's always a joy when a childhood hero of yours releases something new. I finally got ABBA member Agnetha Fältskog's new solo album "A+" in the mail. It includes the wonderful new single "Where Do We Go From Here?" and brand new reworked versions of songs from her 2013 album "A". I'm very pleased with it.
Some people have complained about Agnetha only recording one new song for the album, and of course I would have loved more Agnetha originals as well, but I'm just thankful that my pop goddess released something new at all. The world doesn't need more negativity and toxic fandoms. It's fine to dislike things, but why all the online whining?

I recently got the new Cherry Pop Records reissue of Sheena Easton's album "Madness, Money And Music" (1982). It's been digitally remastered and expanded with bonus tracks and a DVD featuring a concert and music videos. The reissue also includes two previously unreleased tracks.
This is what happiness looks like. My all-time favourite artist Kylie Minogue just released her brand new album "Tension" and I love it. I've been listening to it all day long. It's pure dance-pop magic.

The new CD box set "Carry On - The Deluxe Collection" arrived the other day. It includes the first three albums, "Success" (1983), "Big Girls Don't Cry" (1985) and "The Weather Girls" (1988), by gay icons The Weather Girls, plus Martha Wash's brilliant solo album "Martha Wash" (1992), all remastered and expanded by SoulMusic Records.
It's brilliant so make sure to get your copy now. And remember, the duo is so much more than just "It's Raining Men".

One of the best dance-pop albums ever made, Dannii Minogue's iconic "Neon Nights" (2003), has been reissued in a lovely seven disc CD box set packed with B-sides and remixes. I even got a signed bonus single so I'm in heaven. If you haven't listened to this album before you've really missed out, so look it up right now. You won't regret it.
I love early 90s R&B-pop, like the songs by fabulous actress and singer Jasmine Guy. This is her album "Jasmine Guy" (1990) and two maxi-singles: "Don't Want Money" and "Another Like My Lover". The latter is a rare Japanese edition which also includes all the remixes of her debut single "Try Me".
By the way, Jasmine guest starred on my favourite soap opera "Melrose Place" as Caitlin Mills.

I recently got Alison Goldfrapp's solo album "The Love Invention" (2023). It's one of the best albums of the year and packed with fabulous electronic pop music like the singles "So Hard So Hot" and my personal favourite "Love Invention". I really recommended this gem.
