Do you remember the Irish girl group B*Witched? They had a big in 1998 with the single "C'est La Vie". Two of the members, sisters Edele and Keavy Lynch, have formed a duo, Barbarellas, and I really like their debut single "Body Rock".
I just ordered their album "Night Mode" and can't wait to listen to it. I love electropop! For more information, check out Barbarellas' official website and Facebook.

Dallas - Meet the new Ewings
Are you excited about the new "Dallas" spinoff series? I sure am! Ultimate Dallas, the official website of 80's soap opera, posted the following character guide on their blog:
ANN RYLAND EWING (played by Brenda Strong) - A pure blue-blooded Texan but you wouldn’t guess it. She may know champagne and caviar, but talks hog and hominy. Carelessly elegant, optimistic, good-humored, Ann’s got eyes in the back of her head and is game for anything.
BOBBY JAMES EWING (played by Patrick Duffy) - His hair a little grayer, his face etched with character, Bobby’s still the same dynamic, compassionate man who always insisted on playing fair.
CHRISTOPHER EWING (played by Jesse Metcalfe) - The new acumen and entrepreneurial vigor of the Ewing clan. Smart, attractive, effective, he has the guarded eyes of someone who’s already mixed it up with life.
REBECCA SUTTER (played by Julie Gonzalo) - A beautiful, spontaneous young woman, Rebecca seduces those around with her direct manner. Fiancée of Christoher Ewing.
J.R. EWING (played by Larry Hagman) - Life has not been kind to the former Oil tycoon.
ELENA RAMOS (played by Jordana Brewster) - A proud, beautiful woman with a whirring Swiss timepiece for a mind, less assured. Currently in a relationship with John Ross and has a long history with the Ewing family.
JOHN ROSS EWING (played by Josh Henderson) - A powerful man, he is charismatic, seductive; you have to be careful not to fall in love with him, because you already sense that he’s his father’s son: ambitious, burning with a need to be noticed.
SUE ELLEN EWING (played by Linda Gray) - Many-years-clean-and-sober, finally seems at peace with the gracious Southern belle she was raised to be — before life with J.R. coldcocked her. She looks fantastic.

Manric - Through The Night
My friend Manric recently released his brand new single "Through The Night" on iTunes and Spotify. It's a great pop song with an electronic sound and a catchy refrain. Buy it now!

Kate Ryan - Lovelife
Belgian pop singer Kate Ryan is back with a new single called "Lovelife". You can buy it on iTunes right now! The song is based on the riff from 90's classic "Narcotic" by Liquido.
I prefer Kate's version. The original isn't electronic enough for my taste.

Britney Spears - Till The World Ends
The official video to Britney Spears' new single "Till The World Ends" was released yesterday and you can watch it right here. What do you think? Can it compare to "Hold It Against It Me"?
I like the whole "end of the world" theme. It's cool.

Dana International is back in Eurovision
Dana International is most famous for having won the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 with the disco track "Diva". Now, she's back in the contest, representing Israel with the song "Ding Dong".
It's no "Diva", but I really like the song. The contest needs more "gay disco" like this.

Lili & Susie - Tease Me (Jouni Ollila Remix)
Swedish disco sisters Lili & Susie made a big comeback in Melodifestivalen 2009, the Swedish pre-selection to the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song "Show Me Heave". Their follow-up single "Tease Me", sadly, got cancelled.
Now, you can finally listen to one of the unreleased club remixes of "Tease Me". Great, isn't it?

J.R. Ewing in Desperate Housewives
Larry Hagman, known for playing J.R. Ewing on 80's soap opera "Dallas", recently guest starred on ABC's drama series "Desperate Housewives", as Lynette's (Felicity Huffman) stepfather.
It was great to see Larry on a soap again. I'm still very excited about the new "Dallas" spinoff. Two "Desperate Housewives" actors, hunky Josh Henderson and Jesse Metcalfe, are going to play the children of J.R. and Bobby Ewing.
I just can't wait!

Miley Cyrus - Who Owns My Heart
I'm not a fan of Miley Cyrus, her voice is too childish for my taste. But her single "Who Owns My Heart" from 2010 is actually very good! It's more electronic than her previous work. The track is available on Miley's latest album "Can't Be Tamed".
